Bookings and Deposits

When you have decided on the date of your wedding, we will be pleased to make a provisional reservation for you. To secure your booking we need written confirmation along with a £700 deposit. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Once all the final details have been made, approximately six weeks before the Wedding date, a proforma invoice will be forwarded of expected costs, of which 100% will be required one week prior to the Wedding. balance is then forwarded on to you. A room hire charge (£500) will not normally be made for numbers of 70 or more.
